*Savings Event valid on select homes in select communities; contract must be written 9/16/2026 through 12/31/2026. Offer may change or end without notice. *Settle In is offered by CMG Home Loans on qualifying FHA, VA, and USDA purchase loans locked and financed through CMG. It is not available on Conventional loans. A builder credit, administered by CMG at closing, covers mortgage interest, property taxes, and homeowners insurance for up to 6 months after closing. The borrower must prepay principal for that period at closing or make monthly principal payments. The credit is not a cash payment, principal curtailment, or loan balance reduction. It does not cover supplemental tax bills, escrow shortages, or increases in taxes or insurance. The number of months and dollar amount depend on the loan, sales price, closing date, and interested party contribution limits. This is not a commitment to lend or a guarantee of approval or payment amount. All loans are subject to credit approval and underwriting. Hayden Homes is not a mortgage lender. CMG Home Loans is a separate company, and buyers may choose any lender. *Year one based on a rate of 4.99% (6.742% APR), and years 2-29 based on rate of 5.99% (6.742% APR). Rates provided 10/5/2026. FHA Payment example: Stated rate may change or may not be available at time of rate lock. If you bought a $470,000 home with a 30-year loan at a fixed rate of 5.99% (6.742% Annual Percentage Rate), with a down payment of 3.5%, for a loan amount of $461,487 (includes upfront mortgage insurance premium of 1.75% of the loan amount), and a 1/0 temporary buydown, you would make 12 monthly payments of $2,475, and 348 monthly payments of $2,764. Payment stated does not include mortgage insurance, taxes and homeowners insurance, which will result in a higher payment.
